My condolences. I'm afraid I do have experience. In fact, one quite similar to yours. A year or so ago I got run off the road and dumped the bike on the curb (the best available alternative at the moment). The pipe is more than just a little dented. Fortunately, it is a double-walled pipe. Looks like hell, but runs fine.
